Mission: Support the digitization of Norlin & Partners and show how to strategically benefit from it.
Norlin & Partners is a management consulting company that is focusing on team development and human resource management. What they do is so important when all the numbers show that the stress level at work places keep on increasing. But how to you showcase that in a good and easy way? The brief we got was to build a strategic plan and graphic guidelines.
With Norlin & Partners my contribution was to work as a Producer and Strategist.
We started off by doing secondary research about their competitors and the market there is. We looked at all the social media platforms and used Google Analytics to analyze the existing website. As our hypothesis was, we saw that the traffic mainly came from Facebook and LinkedIn and after conducting further research we choose to build a strategy on those platforms.
We wanted to focus not only on their professional side but their warm side as well. By doing in-depth interviews as well as sending out surveys about workplace environments and management experiences we started to build our strategy for that. We wanted to know things like how different workplaces worked with culture and which age the management had.
We found out that our target group was younger than expected and that it was crucial to Norlin & Partner to stay consistent to stay attractive in the forever evolving world we all live in. On that, we made a website and a social media plan with content that would be attractive to the target group.
Norlin & Partner is now working with this content and I'm therefore unable to showcase the content of the existing plan.
